30 days to change your mind on unused items.
ELIGIBILITY
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Mats that have been played on, folded hard, or marked can't be resold and aren't eligible.
HOW TO RETURN
Email your order number to returns@grandmat.store and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
