Shipping, restocks, giveaways — the questions we get most.
I pack orders myself, usually within 1–2 business days. UK delivery takes 2–4 business days, Europe 4–8, and the rest of the world 7–15. Limited drops can take me up to 5 business days while the run is being produced. I email tracking as soon as it's posted.
Most mats are small numbered runs and then I retire them, so sold-out designs usually don't come back. If I do bring one back, my drop list and Instagram hear about it first.

Yes — drop your email on my list and I'll let you know when a drop is close, plus early access links. Unsubscribe from any email, no hard feelings.
Sometimes. I send mats to locals and regional organisers for prizing, and I run a giveaway around most drops. Email events@grandmat.store with your event size and date and I'll see what I can do.
